About Elmwood Medical Practice
Elmwood Medical Practice aims to provide high quality, comprehensive, personal and continuing care to every level irrespective of age, sex and illness in a community setting. General Practice is a unique discipline of medicine in its ability to care for individuals in the context of the family, community and culture, always respecting the autonomy of the individual patient.

We offer a wide variety of medical services to medical card and private patients including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and regular check-ups.

Elmwood Medical Practice is located on the main Frankfield/Grange road, across the road from the Catholic Church.
Appointments must be made for all consultations by calling 021 4893255. Otherwise, call in or book your next appointment at reception on leaving. For “Out of Hours” service, contact SouthDoc @ 0818 355 999.
